Rob has lived within the Bromley Borough all his life and has over 27 years experience in the estate agency business. A member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Rob is widely experienced in the property world, having enjoyed a successful career working with a select group of upmarket, highly reputable estate agencies, from large corporate concerns to smaller, niche-market operators. He has spent the last twenty years living in Petts Wood, making him well placed to deal with the requirements of many loyal and returning clients. He heads up the Petts Wood team and his hands on approach means that he is able to cater for his many clients requirements accurately and quickly.
Glenn has been an estate agent locally ever since leaving Darrick Wood School nearly 25 years ago, and has worked alongside Ivan at this office for the majority of that time. He has lived in Orpington all of his life, and is heavily involved in the local Church. In his spare time he loves travelling abroad, directs and acts in plays with an Am Dram group, helps at a youth club, and is also a member of the local gym. Therefore, Glenn is well known in the community and has even been asked to give talks on estate agency and the current market conditions to social groups including the local Rotary Club. With an emphasis on professionalism and efficient customer service, Glenn brings a wealth of experience to the company much appreciated by Vendors and Purchasers alike. Previous clients that we meet again after several years are often impressed that not only does Glenn recognise them but also remembers their name and the property they sold/bought. As well as carrying out property valuations, he also is in charge of progressing the sales though to completion, and over the years has built up a particularly good rapport with local solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents.
Started his career with a little more hair back in 1987 before the introduction of digital cameras and websites. Ivan has worked mainly within the Bromley Borough. In 1990 he managed his first office in Farnborough Village and went on to become area manager for a local independent agent. In 2000 he became partner within the Edmund Group and subsequently Director of Edmund Orpington in 2007. He is a Fellow member of the National Association of Estate agents and lives locally with his young family. He has extensive knowledge of the property industry and has developed strong relationships with both the private and business sector.
Having grown up in Beckenham, Tim left school in 1980 and joined a family run independent single branch estate agency. This gave him a fantastic insight into the business whilst working directly for the owner/proprietor. Some four years later, looking to expand his horizons, he joined a seven branch multi practise agency with offices throughout the borough of Bromley and worked with them through to a point where the business had been sold to a corporate ownership, and enjoying the different aspects of both. In 1992 Tim moved to join a smaller practise of five agencies, again working locally through different market conditions, to the point where an opportunity to join the Edmund group arose in 2000. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Tim has been the resident partner in the Green Street Green office, looking after the area extending from the South part of Orpington through to the semi rural belt bordered by the M25. Having been in business over this period of time there have been huge developments in estate agency with the implementation of technology including computer matching, websites etc which as a group we have embraced, however there is still a place for good ‘old fashioned’ agency, with customer service being paramount.
A local lad, Kevin grew up in Woodlea Drive and went to Highfield School, later returning to open an Edmund office in 2003 on the corner of the road he grew up in. His experiences working in finance for 19 years in various countries and being involved in personal investment portfolis, including property aquisition, led to the opening of his own office. As a father of two young children, Kevin is a strong believer in the local community and supports local schools and clubs whenever he can. A keen member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Kevin and his team are driven to offer the best standards of service they can, scoring 9.7 out of 10 in an customer satisfaction survey carried out by Referenceline on behalf of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents & OFT.
