Green Street Green is a very popular location, situated between Orpington and the Green Belt, and has long been well considered due to its distinct village location yet convenient for Orpington town centre with railway station with fast and frequent services to London and Sevenoaks, as well as Junction 4 of the M25. Green Street Green High Street whilst relatively small, enjoys Waitrose supermarket as well as a good selection of local shops. Green Street Green Primary School is well considered and once again retains its village feel. Our office at Brittenden Parade houses busy sales and lettings departments and enjoys the benefit of free parking outside. Our extensive window display catches the eye of passers by, and with Waitrose and a local newsagent close by, there is always plenty of passing foot traffic. |Having grown up in Beckenham, Tim left school in 1980 and joined a family run independent single branch estate agency. This gave him a fantastic insight into the business whilst working directly for the owner/proprietor. Some four years later, looking to expand his horizons, he joined a seven branch multi practise agency with offices throughout the borough of Bromley and worked with them through to a point where the business had been sold to a corporate ownership, and enjoying the different aspects of both. In 1992 Tim moved to join a smaller practise of five agencies, again working locally through different market conditions, to the point where an opportunity to join the Edmund group arose in 2000. A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, Tim has been the resident partner in the Green Street Green office, looking after the area extending from the South part of Orpington through to the semi rural belt bordered by the M25. Having been in business over this period of time there have been huge developments in estate agency with the implementation of technology including computer matching, websites etc which as a group we have embraced, however there is still a place for good ‘old fashioned’ agency, with customer service being paramount.
